Precautions for Safe Operation of the Dehydrator

The multi-disc screw press sludge dehydrator has replaced other dehydrators in China. It is  mainly suitable for the dehydration of organic sludge, and can effectively solve the problem of oily sludge dehydration.

Attention should be paid to:

1. Turn the drum for several revolutions before starting to check the operation of the drum.

2. When it worked, do not brake the opening and closing arms to avoid damaging the belt and other parts.

3. The feeding should be evenly distributed to avoid excessive vibration of the machine.

4.  In case of any abnormality during operation, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the brake shall be stopped for inspection.

5. Nothing should be placed on the top cover of the dehydrator to avoid accidents when it is working.

6. The machine must be overhauled regularly, at least once every six months.

7. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and operation method of the machine.
