Product Introduction

Stacked screw press is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment, which can extrude sludge through the strong extrusion force produced by the change of screw diameter and pitch, and the tiny gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring. It has the advantages of pollution-free, anti-wear, small footprint, low energy consumption, simple operation, high efficiency, etc.

The product has the following features:

1. Be good at treating oily sludge. Compared with the traditional sludge dehydrator, the self-cleaning structure of stacked screw press is not easy to cause blockage. Even oily sludge can be easily treated.

2. Compact design and space saving. Compared with the traditional sludge dehydrator, the main body, flocculation mixing tank and electronic control cabinet of stacked screw press are integrated together. It has the advantages such as easy installation, small footprint, strong compatibility with auxiliary equipment.

3. Simple operation and maintenance. It can realize 24-hour automatic unattended operation through various sensing devices. At the same time, there are very few daily maintenance items and the maintenance operation is very easy.

4. Power saving. As the core component of stacked screw press, the rotating speed of the screw shaft is 2-4 rpm. Because of the low rotating speed, the power consumption is very low, under the same processing capacity, the power consumption is only 1/20 of that of the belt dehydrator.

5. Water saving. Because of the self-cleaning structure, it can prevent the equipment from blocking, a large amount of washing water is saved. Under the same processing capacity, the water consumption of stacked screw press is only 1/115 of that of the belt dehydrator.

The main body of equipment is composed of moving rings and fixed rings stacked on the screw shaft. The front part is the thickening zone and the rear part is the dewatering zone.

A small gap is formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring, it filters the filtrate. The inner cavity formed by the screw shaft and rings is filled with flocculation particles. When the particles are transported to the back pressure plate, they will be squeezed into mud cakes.

When the screw shaft rotates and pushes, it will continuously drive the moving rings to clean the gaps and prevent blockage.

When the equipment is running, the sludge enters the sludge inlet and is pushed by the screw shaft. After being thickened by gravity in the thickening zone, the sludge will be transported to the dewatering zone. In the process of moving forward, as the filter gap and pitch gradually become smaller, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, the filtrate is discharged and the volume of the sludge continues to shrink, so as to achieve the purpose of dewatering.
