Product Introduction

Screw conveyor is a common continuous conveying device for bulk granular, powdery and slurry materials. It adopts a rotating spiral blade inside a sealed trough or pipe to push materials forward steadily. Working Principle

The screw conveyor operates on the principle of rotating spiral blades pushing materials axially. Driven by a motor and reducer, the spiral shaft with helical blades rotates continuously inside a sealed trough or pipeline.

When materials fall into the conveyor from the feeding inlet, the friction between materials and the tank wall prevents them from rotating together with the spiral blades. The rotating helical blades generate a continuous thrust force to push the materials forward in an integral sliding state along the axial direction, and finally discharge them from the outlet.

It can realize horizontal, inclined and small-angle lifting conveying. The fully enclosed structure effectively avoids dust overflow, odor leakage and sewage splashing, which is especially suitable for conveying grid residue, sludge, granular and slurry materials in sewage treatment and landfill leachate treatment systems.
